Account Executives are responsible for sales activities related to Aruze Gaming America’s product offering.  The successful candidate will maintain and enhance customer relationships necessary to insure the maximum penetration of our products and services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Establish and maintain relationships with qualified casino operators
  • Compiles and maintains updated account listings of all customers using personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, and other available sources of information
  • Sales and leasing responsibility for Gaming Machines, Electronic Table Games, and all related Aruze products
  • Position and present products and manage sales process.  This includes prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, negotiating sales, overcoming objections, and closing sales
  • Follow-up on customer requirements and ensure that customers are satisfied with all aspects of the product fulfillment process
  • Manage current Aruze footprint to maximize earnings and create opportunities to increase floor share
  • Collect and analyze performance data and present results to management.  Utilize the results to strategically place product on the casino floor
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Sales/Product Forecasts
  • Practice consultative selling skills to strategically place Aruze Gaming product in gaming establishments
  • Develops a good working knowledge of all our product lines and their application in the marketplace
  • Exhibit high degree of passion to achieve maximum sales / placements of Aruze Gaming products
  • Monitor and report on all competitor activities in the market
  • Be accountable for achieving customer satisfaction, and providing high quality service in representing Aruze brands
  • Effectively manage product rollouts and releases
  • Travel regularly throughout defined territory (frequent overnight travel is required) to maintain relationships with customers, and to secure additional orders
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes, and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Mentor Sales Account Associate (where applicable) to develop best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

              EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience

              REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 3+ year’s sales experience is required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Must be computer literate, with advanced knowledge of MS Software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred knowledge of:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge base and experience in typing, editing, and production of documents such as Contracts, reports, correspondences, etc.
  • Strong experience with data entry, and spreadsheet formulation
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to utilize multiple forms of technology for product presentations
  • Strong knowledge of current technologies
  • Comfortable with Public Speaking, and confident in addressing groups
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective listening skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting.  Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/workstation and respond to written and oral cues
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • May be required to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
