  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips or other fasteners using hand and/or power tools or specialized equipment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for loading and unloading all trucks and containers for game/part shipments at the Sunset warehouse.
  • Responsible for the proper stabilization of devices on trucks and making sure all documents match with incoming/outgoing items
  • Verify receiving information to Control Document (Invoice)
  • Compares identifying information and counts items of incoming/outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of material, invoices, orders, or other records
  • Unloads and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and advises the Materials Coordinator of any damages or shortages
  • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications and labels are accurate; and packaged properly, stamps, marks, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or boxes
  • Stages games/parts for shipment out of the Sunset warehouse for customer shipments from the refurbishing production line.
  • Assists in physical inventory and performs cycle counts, bin audits, and audit orders
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock, adjusts errors and investigates and reports reasons for variances
  • Documents all movement of material between warehouse locations and hands this information to the Materials Coordinator for processing
  • Operates forklift, pallet jack or hand truck to move, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area
  • Stages machines/ parts to be transported to the production line to complete work orders
  • Assists in the movement of games/parts/related equipment with use of company truck or other vehicle when needed.
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory at the Sunset warehouse.
  • Responsible for making sure all returned games are tagged with the bar code label and placed in the proper warehouse location. All games will then be “located” in the Sage 500 system.
  • Responsible for all incoming/outgoing freight from casino returns being handled by Aruze techs or outside trucking making sure all documentation is completed and all games are intact.
  • Oversee and assist in packing all gaming devices for shipment when required.
  • Works closely with Material Manager and or Material Coordinator to ensure timely and responsive action to meet department needs
  • Reports any discrepancies, changes or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution to senior management
  • Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure

  • Maintains effective status reporting and tracking systems for all submissions made for each lab. Verifies information accuracy upon approval, informs company management of new approvals and maintains file of agency approval letters for all submissions
  • Maintains all historical submission equipment (machine/ Associate equipment) and serials numbers movements by ITLs/ jurisdictions electronically
  • Assist in reviewing all product submissions for gaming labs/ ITLs as needed
  • Assist in creating media for submissions to gaming labs/ ITLs
  • Assist all gaming products shipments with appropriate regulatory agencies to ensure legal presence and movement of Aruze products
