ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: including the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Positions and assembles parts according to verbal instructions, written directions, reading blueprints and schematics, sample visual aids or knowledge of units being assembled
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips or other fasteners using hand and/or power tools or specialized equipment
  • Disassembles, partially or completely, slot machines and/or various assemblies or component parts for all products
  • Makes modifications or repairs as directed or indicted by state of configuration of machines and/or assemblies or component parts, using hand and/or power tools and specialized equipment
  • Testing of Games
  • Stamping IPP Tags and ensuring accuracy
  • Special projects / parts assistance
  • Sets up or takes down work station daily or as required making sure area is clean, and organized tools stored, power tools charging, floor swept, and debris disposed of in appropriate location
  • Assists in the loading and unloading of machines to and from transportation carrier
  • Communicates problems and concerns, method improvements, product or specification change recommendations and work status to management personnel
  • Maintains expected output quantity/productivity of production line

  • Processing of commercial transactional contracts related to the Company’s gaming business, including processing such contracts for internal review and authorized company signature and distribution to Stakeholders and Customers
  • Maintaining contract management database for all such contracts
  • General clerical or administrative functions related to the Company’s gaming business as assigned
  • Completing special projects and reports as assigned
  • Oversee the Legal Department’s contract administration program to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Support each division in processing revenue-generating and customer facing legal contracts
  • Maintain the administration of the Company’s intake portal and contract management system
  • Oversee the administration of contract informational requests from sales team
  • Responsible for drafting language in contract documents as directed by immediate Supervisor
  • Files, organizes, and maintains UCC documents, business licenses, gaming licenses
  • Reviews, completes, and compiles due diligence reports on customers and third-party vendors
  • Responsible for organization of legal documents and files
  • Ensures that contract documents flow through the defined contracts management process in a timely and accurate manner; while keeping all relevant parties informed (internal)
  • Maintains complete, accurate and up-to-date contract records, spreadsheets and systems
  • Develops relationships and communication with internal contacts, including, but not limited to the sales department, sales admin department, accounting department, regulatory compliance department, and other appropriate departments to ensure high service level and anticipate special needs
