  • Manages the completion of all product submission packages to the state gaming authorities and ITL, including, but not limited, to completing detailed forms, writing letters, reproducing software, firmware and documentation
  • Establish and maintain effective status reporting and tracking systems for all submissions made for each lab.  Verify information accuracy upon approval, inform company management of new approvals, and maintain file of agency approval letters
  • Review Sales Orders with Sales, Production and Materials Management to ensure only approved hardware and software are shipped. Coordinate with State Attorney Generals, District Attorney, State Police, and gaming regulatory agencies to ensure legal presence and movement of Aruze products
  • Researches and develops information to verify facts as submitted on applications
  • Manage timely and accurate submissions to the regulators in all jurisdictions concerned
  • Organize and maintain effective filing and archive system of submitted software
  • Coordinate the procurement and movement of product inventory in each lab
  • Ensures the efficient, effective, and timely preparation, lodging, and follow through of gaming solutions, including software, hardware, firmware, mathematics configurations, and artwork submissions to regulatory agencies. This includes leading a cross-functional team of employees from research and development, technology services, manufacturing, and sales for major submission projects, including but not limited to new products and technical platforms
  • Design and implement productivity improvements for product submissions as they pertain to electronic gaming solutions and peripheral equipment
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment on whether new or modified gaming products or components require submission for gaming regulatory approval
  • Track costs of game approvals and trademark process
  • Manages quality assurance and maintenance of all documentation provided for product submissions of all electronic gaming devices, including software, hardware, firmware, and peripheral equipment
  • Prepares approval, revocation, and rescinded notifications for company wide distribution. This requires a great deal of knowledge regarding functionality and/or bug modifications from version to version to ensure each jurisdiction has the correct product version available and compliant

Education:

  • Responsible for loading and unloading all trucks and containers for game/part shipments
  • Responsible for the proper stabilization of devices on trucks and making sure all documents match with incoming/outgoing items
  • Verify receiving information to Control Document (Invoice)
  • Distributes items to the requesting departments, and obtains authorized signatures
  • Compares identifying information and counts items of incoming/outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of material, invoices, orders, or other records
  • Unloads and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and advises the Materials Coordinator of any damages or shortages
  • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications and labels are accurate; and packaged properly, stamps, marks, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or boxes
  • Stages games/parts for shipment
  • Assists in physical inventory and performs cycle counts, bin audits, and audit orders
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock, adjusts errors and investigates and reports reasons for variances
  • Documents all movement of material between warehouse locations and hands this information to the Materials Coordinator for processing
  • Operates tier lift truck or hand truck to move, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area
  • Provides line with parts to complete work orders
  • Travels between warehouse storage units and transports goods to and from Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS, or other, as needed
  • Assists in the movement of games/parts/related equipment with use of company truck or other vehicle
  • Works closely with Material Manager and or Material Coordinator to ensure timely and responsive action to meet department needs
